Omar-Atef Please follow this route on FEG4301: System Tools -> Signaling Capture -> Choose you network interface, then click on Start button. Now try to make your inbound call, after call finish, click the Stop button and share the downloaded .pcap file
Abdallah Are you setting the inbound in Issabel with the full number or with X. If not, try doing it like this.
